STUFFED SHELLS 
Jumbo shell pasta
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 c. ricotta cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Spaghetti sauce (about 3 1/2 c.)

Cook shell pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool in single layer (on wax paper or foil to keep from sticking together). Brown hamburger and onion and set aside. In large bowl, blend cheeses, eggs, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add hamburger and onion to cheese mixture. Stuff each shell with about 2 tablespoons of mixture.

Lay shells in 9 x 13 inch pan on thin layer of spaghetti sauce. Cover with remaining sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 10-12.
