SAN FRANCISCO STIR FRY 
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes (opt.)

In small bowl, whisk or blend all sauce ingredients. Set aside.

STIR FRY:

2 tbsp. oil
4 boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 2 1/2 strips
1 (16 oz.) Green Giant San Francisco style American mixture vegetables or any mixture of vegetables that you desire

Heat wok or heavy skillet over medium heat until hot. Add 1 tablespoon oil and heat until it ripples. Add chicken. Stir until lightly browned (5 minutes or so). Remove from skillet. Keep warm.

Add 1 tablespoon oil, add vegetables. Stir fry 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in cooked chicken and sauce. Cook until sauce is thick and bubbly, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
