OLD FASHIONED POTATO SALAD 
1 stick butter
2 onions
Pickle
Dry mustard
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
6 potatoes
Vinegar

Cook potatoes and drain. Add chopped onions. Brown butter lightly; add milk and beaten eggs. Cook until smooth. Pour over potatoes and onions. Add pickle, mustard and vinegar to taste.
