APPLE BUTTER PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. apple butter
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. light crema or milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and beat until thoroughly mixed. Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn down heat to 350 degrees for another 30 to 40 minutes until set. Top with fresh whipped cream.
