BREAKFAST QUICHE 
10 slices bread
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. ham cubed or bits of bacon fried and drained
6 eggs beaten
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Trim crusts off bread. Butter bread and cut into cubes. Put bread, cheese, and ham or bacon in layers in pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. In the morning bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 10-15 minutes. Cut and serve.
