PEAR HONEY 
8 lbs. peeled and cored pears
Sugar (1 c. for every cup of pears)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
Juice of 1 lemon

Chop pears. Add pineapple with juice, add sugar then lemon juice. Boil until thick and clear. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal.
