BANANA CREAM ROLL 
1 chocolate cake roll

FILLING:

1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream
1 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (regular size) instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
1 lg. banana, sliced

Prepare Chocolate Cake Roll, rolling up from long end. Cool.

FILLING: Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; set aside. In a 4 cup measure combine milk and instant pudding. Beat slowly 1/2 minute. Fold in whipped cream and banana. Immediately spread over cake. Re-roll. Cover and chill at least 1/2 hour or up to 4 hours before serving. Makes about 10 servings, about 250 calories each.
