POTATOES BRIAN 
12 lg. potatoes (baked), cube or crumble
2 sticks butter
3/4 tsp. salt
Fresh pepper
1 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 c. cheese shredded (Cheddar or Swiss)

Bake potatoes, crumble coarsely. Put half potatoes in dish, sprinkle salt, pepper and half cheese. Put remainder potatoes, spices and cheese on top. Put melted butter over top. Soak with cream 1/2 hour before baking. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until cheese melts and forms a golden crust.
