ROUND STEAK & RICE 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. diced onion
1 c. regular rice
1 can (10.5 oz.) beef broth
1 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
1 jar (2 oz.) pimento, drained

Brown beef in oil. Stir in onions, rice, beef broth, water and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and cook over low heat about 25 minutes. Stir in green peppers and pimentos and cook for approximately 5-10 minutes longer.
