CHOCOLATE KRINGLE COOKIES 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted (4 oz.)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour (more as needed)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Confectioners sugar

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time and mix well. Add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Chill 1 hour at least (overnight is great!).

Drop teaspoons of cold dough in powdered sugar and roll around. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. (I use Pam spray.) Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. DON'T OVERBAKE!
