POLISH OR FRENCH MEAT PIE | |
1 lb. ground pork 1 lb. ground beef 6 med. potatoes 2 onions 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves Pie crust Put meat, potatoes, and onions to boil without too much water. When tender, mash and add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon cloves. Add salt and pepper to taste. When cold, put into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees until golden. If juicy, add a few cracker crumbs. |
