MEAL IN ONE 
1 larger Reynolds cooking bag (add 2 tbsp. flour & shake bag well)
1 lg. fryer (whole)
1 bag carrots, cut into 2" pieces
1-2 onions, quartered
3-4 potatoes, cut into quarters
Salt, pepper, parsley & paprika

Wash fryer well and remove the heart, liver, gizzard and neck. Generously use the seasonings inside and outside bird. Place bird in bag, add remaining ingredients plus some of the seasonings on the vegetables. Note: If you like the liver, neck, gizzard, heart, place in bag with vegetables.

Seal bag with a tie that comes with the bag and punch at least 6-8 holes in top of bag. Place in a pan and cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hours and 10 minutes. Remove from oven, let set for 10 minutes, then cut open bag and serve. Note, there is no need to add water/liquids. The bird and vegetables make their own. The bird and vegetable should be tender, golden and ready to eat. So easy, healthful and delicious. The juices may be removed and thickened if gravy is desired.
