RANCH SALAD 
1 head chopped lettuce
1 can drained Ranch style beans
1-2 tomatoes
1 sm. can chopped black olives (optional)
1 med. red onion, chopped
1 med. bag Fritos, crushed
1 1/2-2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Catalina salad dressing
1 avocado (optional)

Toss all ingredients together except Fritos and dressing. These should be added just before serving or on each individual serving. This will enable you to keep left overs longer. Adjust ingredients to taste and servings sizes.
