1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sifted flour Let cream cheese and butter soften at room temperature; blend together. Stir in flour. Chill about 1 hour. Shape into 24 (1 inch) balls. Press dough evenly against sides and bottom of pans. FILLING: 1 egg 3/4 c. packed brown sugar 1 tbsp. butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla Dash salt 2/3 c. chopped pecans Beat together egg, brown sugar, butter, vanilla and salt just until smooth. Stir in pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until filling is set. Cool before removing from pans. |
