1 c. sugar
1 c. clear Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K
6 oz. chocolate chips
6 oz. butterscotch chips

Bring sugar and Karo syrup to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Pour this mixture over the Special K. Mix well and pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt chips and spread over top. Enjoy! 36 servings.
