12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. onion, chopped
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in bottom of pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into pie plate.

Bake until golden and knife comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
