ELEPHANT EARS 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk

FILLING:

3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients. Stir in butter and milk. Then knead 10 times on floured board. Roll into a 9x5 inch rectangle. Brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Roll up, pinch ends and slice into 4-6 pieces. Place on greased cookie sheet, cut side up and flatten to 6 inch circle. Sprinkle with additional sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove and cool.
