1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pt. heavy cream (I use whipping)
1/2 c. maraschino cherries finely chopped

Mix together pineapple, cheese, marshmallows. Let set 1 hour. Add mayonnaise, cherries, and mix all together. Whip cream, fold into pineapple mixture. Freeze for 12 hours.

Keeps good. We Love it.
