CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 skinless chicken breasts
2 (10 oz.) cans chicken noodle soup, drained
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
3 slices of white or wheat bread, broken in small pieces
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. crushed keebler Towne House crackers
3/4 stick butter

May use browned ground beef or ground chicken in place of chicken breast. Boil or microwave chicken breast until tender. Cool and cut into small cube pieces. Combine slightly beaten eggs with bread. Add soups (undiluted) and cubed chicken.

Add salt and pepper to taste and mix all ingredients well. Place in 8 x 11 casserole dish. melt butter, stir into crushed crackers. Spread over top of chicken mixture. Place in 375 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
