3 sticks butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 1 lg. egg 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda, baking 1 tsp. baking powder 2 c. quick oatmeal 2 c. flour 1/2 c. Rice Krispies 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips Beat together first 9 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and drop by teaspoonfuls into ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes. |
