MARC'S FAMOUS CHILI (MILD) 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
1 (16 oz.) can chili beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. oregano
6 tbsp. Astor chili seasoning mix (at Winn Dixie)

Brown beef in large pot with onion and bell pepper. Pour off grease. Add all other ingredients, stir to mix. Heat to bubbling, stir and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1-2 hours, stir occasionally. Serve with chopped raw onion and grated Cheddar cheese. Serves 4-6.
