CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
Chicken pieces, quantity depends on size of dish used
3/4 c. uncooked rice, not Minute Rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water

Mix soups and water together. Add rice to soup mixture. Pour into shallow baking dish. Place chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle 1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix over chicken. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours (no peeking).
