CHICKEN AND RICE | |
1 chicken, cut up (or 4 legs) 1 can chicken and rice soup 1 c. chicken bouillon 1 sm. can mushrooms with liquid 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 c. uncooked rice 1 can water to add while cooking to keep form drying 1/4 c. melted butter Place chicken in single layer in baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients, except water and butter, and pour over chicken; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover and pour melted butter on chicken last 20 minutes to brown. 4 servings. |
