CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box sm. "bake cups"
1 box vanilla wafers

Mix together cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Place 1 vanilla wafer on the bottom of "bake cups." Add 1 tablespoon of filling to each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 40-45 (1 3/4 inch) cups.
