BLENDER STYLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1/2 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream
2 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. instant coffee
2 eggs
6 oz. chocolate chips
2 tsp. rum, cognac or brandy
1 tsp. powdered sugar

Heat 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup cream until it bubbles. Remove before burning. In blender mix butter, eggs, coffee, chocolate chips, and liquor until creamy. On low speed drizzle in scalded milk. Blend until smooth (1-2 minutes). Put in dishes. Refrigerate. Beat remaining cream and powdered sugar. Serve on top with chocolate shavings.
