LONDON BROIL | |
1 env. Italian salad dressing mix 1/3 c. red wine 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 lb. flank steak Score flank steak 1/8 inch deep in criss-cross pattern on both sides. Combine the dressing mix with the wine and oil in a shaker container. Pour over the meat in a shallow pan and marinate, covered, in the refrigerator overnight (or 8 hours). Broil or grill the meat to desired doneness and discard remaining marinade. |
