1 c. butter, softened
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. Pepsi-cola
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Cream butter and sugar, then add liquid ingredients, except cola and blend well. Add dry ingredients, beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Add cola and blend well. Stir in marshmallow by hand. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. cola
2 c. powdered sugar
