1 jumbo pumpernickel bread, hollowed out
2-2 1/2 pkg. dried chipped beef, shredded
1 1/3 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. dill weed
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. parsley

Mix all ingredients together and let stand overnight. Spoon into hollowed out bread and serve with cubed bread or crackers.
