COCONUT HAY STACK 
3 c. quick oats
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar

Mix oatmeal, coconut, nuts. Add chocolate chips in large bowl. Combine butter, milk, and sugar in saucepan, bring to a boil. Pour over mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper; refrigerate. Store 6 to 7 days.
