NO CRUST COCONUT PIE | |
1 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. self-rising flour 4 well beaten eggs 2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 7 oz. coconut Mix sugar and butter. Add flour. Beat eggs. Add milk and vanilla. Mix all this together and add coconut. Pour into well greased 9 inch pie plates. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until mixture is set and lightly browned. The crust forms and the pie comes out beautiful when cold. Makes two 9 inch pies. |
