EASY CRUST CHICKEN PIE 
1 chicken, stewed and boned
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/4-1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 stick butter
1 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour (1 pkg. biscuit mix can be used instead of flour)

Place chicken in bottom of casserole. Salt and pepper. Heat soup and broth and pour over chicken. Mix crust by mixing remaining ingredients and pouring over chicken. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
