WHIPPED SWEET POTATOES 
2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt, nutmeg & cinnamon

TOPPING:

3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter

Peel, cook and mash sweet potatoes. Combine remaining ingredients and mash with potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

For Topping: Melt butter and combine rest of ingredients. Sprinkle over top of potatoes and bake for 10 more minutes.
