CORN BREAD SALAD 
Mix:

1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 can whole corn, drained

Bake according to package directions. Cool and crumble fine. Add:

1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tomato, optional

Mix well. Make dressing:

1 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. salad mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix cornbread and dressing well. Refrigerate overnight.
