SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 onion
Instant mashed potatoes
2 or 3 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cans green peas
Sugar to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground meat and onions; drain. Add tomato sauce for desired liquid. Put in casserole dish. Heat green peas and sugar to taste; layer on top of meat. Fix mashed potatoes by box directions for 4 servings. Layer on top of peas. Bake until top of potatoes are lightly brown. This dish is really a meal in itself.
