HAYSTACKS 
4 c. unsweetened shredded coconut
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. rolled oats
3 c. chopped dates
1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 c. orange juice
1 2/3 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. water

Mix all ingredients and enough juice to hold it together. Scoop in little scoops onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
