HEAVENLY JAM 
5 c. fresh rhubarb, cleaned and cut
5 c. sugar
1 c. (1 lb. size) crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) box strawberry Jello

Combine rhubarb, sugar, and pineapple; bring to a boil, about 20 minutes. Take off heat. Add Jello and stir. Place in sterilized jars. About 4 (16 pint) jars.
