BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes broccoli
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. parsley
2 ribs celery
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar mushrooms
1 roll garlic cheese

Saute onion, parsley, and celery in butter. Add mushrooms, saving the juice. Cook broccoli less than the time directed. Drain broccoli and place aside. To onion mixture, add soup and cheese, thin with mushroom juice. Mix thoroughly with broccoli and place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika, if desired. Dot lightly with butter. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8. Recipe may be doubled.
