ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Few drops of hot sauce

Mix together all the ingredients. Bake in souffle dish for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.

Serve with chips or crackers.

NOTE: This is that "something different" to take to a party - a real crowd- pleaser.
