FRED'S MOM'S LEMON SPONGE PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Pinch salt
Butter, size of egg melted
2 egg yolks
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 c. milk
2 egg whites

Beat together first 6 ingredients. Add milk. Beat the whites of 2 egg until stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
