CLASSIC CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 bunches fresh broccoli OR
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. salt
3 chicken breasts

Cook chicken breasts, chill, then slice thin. Cook broccoli and put in 9 x 13 pan. Melt butter and blend in flour. Add broth all at once; stir constantly until thick. Stir in cream, sherry, salt, and dash of pepper.
