1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Put in bottom of buttered 9 inch pie tin.

1/2 c. chopped ham or Spam, sprinkle on cheese
1/3 c. chopped onions
A little green pepper, chopped

Put on top of cheese.

4 eggs, well beaten with
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
