BLUEBERRY CRUNCH | |
1 large can crushed pineapple, with juice 2 c. blueberries 3/4 c. sugar 1 box yellow cake mix 1 stick butter, melted 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. pecans Layer a baking dish with crushed pineapple, with juice, then put blueberries over pineapple. Sprinkle sugar over blueberries. Place dry cake mix on top of sugar and pour melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter and last add chopped pecans, Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until brown. May use other fruits instead of blueberries. |
