Fresh spinach
Peas
Water chestnuts
Bacon bits
Sm. whole potatoes
American cheese

Toss together.

LEPRECHAUNS:

Hard boiled eggs
Sm. whole potatoes
Lg. black olives
Cheese for legs
Bacon for arms
Colored mayonnaise for hair, etc.

Slice egg and potatoes in half and place on flat serving plate. Use the potato for the heat and cut olive in beard shape. Use green mayonnaise for hat. Use the 1/2 of hard boiled egg for body making buttons out of green mayonnaise. Use bacon strips for arms and cheese for legs.
