WHIPPED TOPPING 
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. ice water
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Chill bowl and beaters. Combine milk powder and ice water. Beat until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Serve immediately.
