ROAST BEEF SANDWICHES | |
4 lbs. beef roast 3 c. water 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 Lipton tea bag 1/2 c. vinegar 3 or 4 bouillon cubes (beef) 2 tbsp. Italian seasonings Mix all ingredients in roasting pan. Cover and bake in a 250 degree oven. Turn roast over in pan. Remove fat and bones. Mince or break up meat. Bake another 3 or 4 hours in same broth. Keep roast covered during the entire baking time. |
