RASPBERRY JELLO MOLD 
3 oz. raspberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1/3 c. diced apples
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. pecan pieces
3 oz. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
4 1/2 oz. container Pet whip
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve raspberry Jello into 1 cup boiling water. Add cranberry juice and chill 1 hour. Add apples, celery and nuts to Jello. Pour into Jello mold. Chill to set.

Dissolve lemon Jello and other cup of water. Chill until slightly thickened, approximately 1/2 hour. Combine lemon Jello into mayonnaise and Cool Whip. Pour on top of Jello. Mold and chill to set.
