SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
5 leaves iceberg lettuce
3 green onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 hard boiled egg, sliced
1 lg. tomato, cut into wedges
1 c. oil & vinegar dressing
1 c. croutons

Tear spinach and lettuce into bite-size pieces in a large bowl. Add green onions and next 4 ingredients. Toss spinach mixture with salad dressing. Sprinkle with croutons before serving.
