POTATO SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
6 med.-size boiled potatoes, diced
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Combine ingredients except potatoes and eggs; mix thoroughly. Pour this mixture over potatoes and mix gently. Add chopped eggs. Chill. 6 servings.
