CHILI 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cans water
3 cans Brooks chili hot beans
3 cans fancy red kidney beans
3 cans stewed tomatoes
3 tbsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. minced garlic

Brown meat, celery and onions and drain off grease. Add chili powder, brown sugar and garlic. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 3 hours.
