MEXICAN CHICKEN (Version #2) 
1 chicken (boiled until tender)
1 onion (sauteed in butter)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes & green chilies (Rotel)
1 c. milk
1 can chicken stock (or from boiled chicken)
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Doritos
Grated cheese to cover

Pour chicken broth over Doritos in baking dish. Add boned chicken and onion. Mix other ingredients and pour over all. Note: Better if refrigerated 24 hours. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake until melted.
